1 Scope This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage for drawing seamless copper water pipes and copper air pipes. This standard applies to seamless round copper pipes that transport drinking water, sanitary water, civil natural gas, gas, oxygen, and other media that have no corrosive effect on copper, with a nominal outer diameter of no more than 219mm. Copper water pipes are generally connected to pipe joints by welding, flaring or compression. 2 Citation standards The provisions contained in the following standards, through quotation in this standard, constitute the provisions of this standard. At the time this standard was published, the cards shown were all valid. All standards will be revised, and all parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. Note: When the buyer has other specifications, the specifications and deviation requirements should be indicated in the contract

4.1.2 Marking example Straight pipe made of T2 in semi-hard state, outer diameter of φ22mm, wall thickness of 1.2mm, and length of 5800mm is marked as: straight pipe T2Y2φ22×1.2×5800GB/T 18033—2000 Soft made of TP2 The coil with an outer diameter of φ18mm and a wall thickness of 1.0mm is marked as: Coil TP2Mφ18×1.8×1.0GB/T 18033—2000 4.2 Chemical composition The chemical composition of the pipe should meet the requirements of Table 2 (omitted). 4.3 Dimensions and allowable deviations of dimensions 4.3.1 The size series of pipes should meet the requirements in Table 3-1 (omitted) to 3-2 (omitted). The allowable deviation of the wall thickness of the pipe shall be ±10% of the nominal wall thickness of the pipe. 4.3.2 The allowable deviation of the outer diameter of the pipe shall meet the requirements of Table 4 (omitted). 4.3.3 The length of the straight pipe is the length of irregular ruler, and the length of the double ruler should be added to the sawing amount when sawing the segment. Each sawing amount is 5mm, the allowable deviation of the length ≤3000mm is +10mm, and the length ≤58mm The allowable deviation of length is +15mm. The allowable deviation of coil length is +300mm. 4.3.4 The curvature of hard and semi-rigid straight pipes with an outer diameter of no more than 90mm shall meet the requirements of Table 5. The curvature of pipes with an outer diameter of more than 90mm shall be negotiated between the supplier and the buyer.

4.3.6 The end of the straight pipe should be sawed flat, and the cut should not exceed the allowable deviation of the pipe length, and it is allowed to cut the bevel as specified in Table 7.
