2. Check the wear of each scraper, and if the wear is severe, the scraper must be replaced.
3. Before starting work, first perform a test run by jogging, then idle for 2-3 minutes, and check whether the transmission system (motor, coupling, reducer) and the grinding disc are moving smoothly. Only after confirming that everything is normal can production facilities proceed.
4. When working, start the K301 continuous mixer first, and then start the initial rolling machine.
5. After work, idle for a few minutes to remove the sand from the grinding disc and remove any remaining sticking sand.
