What Is B19 Cupronickel?
B19 copper-nickel alloy is a structural copper-nickel alloy with high corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties. It has good press workability in hot and cold conditions, and can maintain high strength and plasticity at high and low temperatures. The machinability is not it is good.

Heat treatment specification:
The casting temperature is 1280~1300℃; the annealing temperature is 600~780℃; the hot working temperature is 980~1030℃; the low temperature annealing temperature to eliminate internal stress is 250℃.
