On the morning of August 20th, Jia Yuguo, deputy director of the Harbin Economic Development Zone Management Committee and deputy head of the Pingfang District Government, visited Harbin Dongsheng Metal Technology Co., Ltd. Pingfang R&D Center for research and guidance. Dongsheng Metal Group Chairman Zhang Zhongkai accompanied the reception throughout the process.

Based on his more than 20 years of experience and judgment in the aluminum industry, Zhang Zhongkai put forward suggestions on the industrial layout of the Harbin Economic Development Zone, focusing on the development of aluminum alloy industry, the construction of the industrial chain of Pingfang District, the establishment of upstream and downstream systems, and the reduction of production and transportation costs. He also welcomed Jia Yuguo and his entourage to the company during their busy schedule, and expressed heartfelt thanks to the leaders of the development zone for their support to the development of the company.
