On July 7, Guangxi Branch of China Aluminum Co., Ltd. and Pingguo Aluminum Co., Ltd. held the final meeting of the internal audit of the five major management systems of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, measurement, and intellectual property in 29.Zhou Movement, general manager of Pingguo Aluminum, and relevant persons in charge of Guangxi Branch, Pingguo Aluminum’s secondary units and functional departments attended the meeting.
According to the internal audit plan for the management system in 2021, Guangxi Branch and Pingguo Aluminum established seven audit teams composed of 65 internal auditors, and carried out internal audits of the five major management systems from July 7 to 28.The members of the audit team conducted on-site audits and evidence collection on the operation of each unit (department) system by means of spot checks, interviews, document review, and on-site observation.The audit team believes that no major non-conformities and regional non-conformities were found in this internal audit, and that the five major management systems were effectively implemented.It is hoped that all units will take effective measures to rectify the general non-conformities and local problems found in this audit within the specified time limit, and form a closed-loop mechanism to ensure the smooth passage of the external audit.
