At 2021:8 on August 5, 14, after the completion of the double-chamber furnace oven and electrical debugging, it was confirmed through inspection and no-load test run to confirm that it was normal, and the double-chamber furnace in the melting and casting workshop of the aluminum strip factory officially began to put into production.
Zhou Weilin, director of the aluminum strip factory, participated in the start-up of the double-chamber furnace. He gave a pre-production guidance and mobilization speech on the spot, and put forward specific requirements for the double-chamber furnace and production.
The double-chamber furnace renovation project of the melting and casting workshop is to effectively utilize the development advantages of the secondary aluminum industry and combine the production and operation status of the plant to carry out the technical renovation of the 2# melting protection furnace group.This transformation transforms the smelting furnace into a double-chamber furnace, and at the same time optimizes the combustion system of the holding furnace.Through the transformation of this project, the needs of aluminum waste treatment and use can be met, and at the same time, a more substantial cost reduction and efficiency increase can be achieved.
