The standard of reserve fee for the self-provided power plant system of electrolytic aluminum enterprises is announced as follows:
On August 31, 2021, the Yangtze River Nonferrous Metals website released the spot price of electrolytic aluminum in the Yangtze River at 21230-21250 yuan/ton, with an average price of 21,240 yuan/ton. The standard for the standby power of the electrolytic aluminum enterprise’s self-provided power plant system in the zone in September is: 220 kV 0.028 yuan/kWh, 110 kV 0.032 yuan/kWh, 35 kV 0.035 yuan/kWh. The standard of standby fee for the self-provided power plant system of PVC, calcium carbide and other enterprises shall be implemented by reference.
