On September 30, the company held a special acceptance meeting for the archives of six construction projects including the electrolysis flue gas purification and desulfurization project of the second electrolysis plant and the Inner Mongolia Huayun Smart Factory. The company’s deputy general manager Xu Jing, heads of relevant departments and representatives of participating units attended the meeting.
The company’s human resources administration department, enterprise management department, safety, environmental protection and health department, production command and guarantee center, equipment and energy department, alloy aluminum project department and other relevant unit leaders formed a project archive acceptance team to conduct independent inspection and acceptance of project archives.
At the meeting, the construction unit and the construction unit respectively introduced the project overview, construction management and file collection and arrangement. The acceptance team spot-checked the pre-project documents, process materials, and project completion documents on site, and gave on-site feedback on the problems and deficiencies found during the acceptance process. In the end, after comprehensive evaluation, it was unanimously agreed that the collection and filing of project archives, classification and grouping, sorting and cataloging, and compilation of as-built drawings all met the requirements of project archives management, and it was agreed to pass the acceptance.
