The swing head swings around its apex. The apex O of the swing head mold must be located on the OM axis (machine axis) to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the swing grinding part and the correct mold design.
The dimensions on the cone die bus line in the horizontal plane at point O are consistent with the dimensions on the forging drawing.
Because the swing head rotates around the OM axis according to the swing angle γ, the size of the swing head mold in the radius direction is larger above point O. So reduce accordingly. On the contrary, those below O point should be increased accordingly.
