The control system of the water cooling line must be completed through water volume, time and temperature control. The specific instructions are as follows:
(1) Water volume control. The total amount of water penetration is adjusted through the water regulating valve. This control is done by means of a closed circuit with a feedback signal from the flow meter.
(2) Time control. The length of water penetration time will produce a special tempering temperature, and the tempering temperature is directly related to the yield strength of the product. The water penetration time can be controlled by adjusting the final rolling speed.
(3) Temperature control. Mainly measure the temperature before and after the water line is penetrated in order to obtain the accurate tempering temperature.
