According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics and Customs, the output of aluminum materials from January to August increased by 13.8% year-on-year, and the export of aluminum materials was 3.47 million tons, an increase of 15.7% year-on-year, basically returning to the pre-epidemic level. The total profits of regulated enterprises increased by 1.4 times year-on-year. . Second, new progress has been made in the dual-cycle pattern. At the domestic level, the aluminum processing industry is mainly to meet domestic demand, and its ability to ensure major national strategies and meet the needs of the people for a better life has been further improved. Internationally, exports are stabilized, the epidemic has promoted the restructuring of the global industrial chain, and the center of the industrial chain supply chain has shifted to China. The third is the gradual optimization of the industry development environment. With the efforts of the processing association and related parties, the aluminum extrusion surface treatment wastewater sludge and the mold-making liquid wastewater sludge were removed from the hazardous waste list, and the “two highs” problems that plagued the industry were initially alleviated.

At present, the aluminum processing industry is generally showing a steady and positive trend, but it is also facing multiple complex factors such as high aluminum prices, “dual carbon” requirements, and uncertainty in the international situation.
