There are two aluminum alloy flyovers in Beijing Chang’an Street undertaken by Liuye Science and Technology Heavy Industry. They are located across Dongdan North Street to the north of Dongdan Intersection, and across Chongwenmen Inner Street to the south of Dongdan Intersection. They are less than 2 kilometers from Tiananmen Square and are located in Chang’an, Beijing. One of the key construction projects of comprehensive street management. The bridge body adopts a simple-supported beam aluminum alloy truss arch structure, and the main bridge length is 58.16 meters and 51.56 meters, respectively. According to experts, the Dongdanbei aluminum alloy flyover on Chang’an Street is currently the longest aluminum alloy flyover in China. It not only has novel structure and beautiful appearance, but also has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance, light weight, maintenance-free, and environmental protection. The Chongwenmen aluminum alloy flyover was hoisted in place in the early morning of December 27 last year. The main bridges of the two aluminum alloy flyovers on Chang’an Avenue have all been hoisted as a whole.
In the Chang’an Avenue flyover reconstruction project, a total of 8,000 components including the main bridge structural members, flyover stairway structural members, and connecting plates are all produced by Liuye Science and Technology Heavy Industry in the factory, and then assembled on site. It not only simplifies the construction process, increases the installation speed, but also reduces the impact on citizens’ travel and pollution on the construction site, which is a typical green construction.
In order to complete the task of manufacturing aluminum alloy flyovers on Chang’an Avenue in Beijing with high quality and efficiency, Liuye Science and Technology Heavy Industry has established a special quality assurance system, led by the chief engineer, and formulated the “Aluminum Alloy Overpass Quality Assurance Manual”, which covers material cutting and machining , Welding to oxidation coloring, assembly and other links have been scientifically programmed. In the production process, strictly implement the “three inspection system” combining self-inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection, adopt 100% quality follow-up inspection, strictly control product quality, and ensure that the aluminum alloy flyover meets the design requirements.
In order to ensure the smooth installation of the aluminum alloy flyover, the bridge body components have been pre-assembled before leaving the factory, and a scientific installation plan has been formulated. The on-site installation is divided into two parts: ground assembly and overall hoisting. The construction personnel overcome the disadvantages of small working surface, late night construction, cold temperature and other disadvantages. After 20 days of hard work, they completed the assembly task and laid a solid foundation for the smooth completion of the overall hoisting task. .
