1. General keyway processing for milling machine processing.

  • General gear processing: module × number of teeth × 0.5 yuan charged.
  • General plane processing is charged at 1.5 yuan per square meter, with a minimum of 5 yuan. General boring processing is charged at hole diameter × 0.25.

2. Drilling and processing general materials.

  • The depth-to-diameter ratio is not greater than 2.5 times the diameter 25mm: diameter × 0.05.
  • Diameter 25-60mm: drill bit diameter × 0.12, the minimum hole charge is not less than 0.5 yuan.
  • General materials with a depth-to-diameter ratio greater than 2.5 times the diameter: base price × depth-to-diameter ratio × 0.4 will be charged.
  • If the aperture accuracy is required to be less than 0.1mm or the center distance is less than 0.1mm: base price × 5 calculation.

3. Lathe processing and general precision optical axis processing.

  • The long-to-longitudinal ratio is not greater than 10: the workpiece blank size × 0.2 is charged, with a minimum of 5 yuan.
  • The aspect ratio is greater than 10: Generally, the base price of the optical axis × the length ratio × 0.15.
  • The accuracy is required to be within 0.05mm, or taper is required: the base price of the optical axis × 2 is charged.
  • General stepped shafts (fan shaft, pump shaft, reducer shaft, grinding wheel shaft, motor shaft, spindle): base price x 2.
  • The stepped shaft has a taper and internal and external threads: base price x 3 will be charged.

4. Band saw processing category.

  • General round steel, thick-walled pipe, and square steel cutting: 5 yuan per square meter, minimum 5 yuan.
  • General steel plate cutting, slitting, and angle cutting: 10 yuan per square meter, minimum 10 yuan.

  • 5. For irregular diameter fluctuations of the same diameter and the same length, it may be caused by wear of the screw ball or screw, or iron or copper chips falling into the ball rail slideway.

When processing outer diameter cutters and inner hole cutters, the straightness and roundness are not enough. We generally call it elliptical. This situation is generally caused by the clamped material jumping during rotation. The reasons for the jumping are as follows.

  • 1. The chuck is worn or the chuck claws are worn, and the workpiece jumps greatly. It will be ok if it is replaced or repaired.
  • 2. The spindle nose and taper are worn and dirty and need to be cleaned or re-grinded.
  • 3. The material is long and the tail of the material is not fixed, causing tail flicking.
  • 4. The spindle bearing is loose or the bearing is worn and needs to be replaced. The spindle bearing is more expensive, so you need to carefully confirm whether the bearing is really worn.
