On September 15, the Ya’an Investment Promotion Conference of the 18th Western China International Expo was held in Chengdu. At the project signing ceremony, Baoxing County Party Committee Deputy Secretary and County Mayor Luo Xianze, on behalf of Baoxing, signed a contract with Shuta Enterprise Management (Guangyuan) Co., Ltd. for the second phase of Shuta cold-rolled aluminum strip project with an annual output of 100,000 tons. The project invested 1 billion yuan. It is planned to use 60 acres of land and build a fully automatic cold rolling mill production line with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons and an output value of 2 billion yuan.
