The smaller the angle, the better the hydrophilic performance, and vice versa. In general, the a angle is less than 35. That is, it belongs to the hydrophilic performance. Hydrophilic aluminum foil is commonly used on air conditioning condensers. Its main function is to make the moisture in the hot air condense into water droplets on the heat exchange sheet easy to spread out and flow down the sheet. This can avoid the heat exchange between the heat sheet water droplets “bridge” and affect the ventilation effect of the heat exchanger, thereby improving the heat exchange rate of air conditioning, in the same cooling capacity conditions can also save electricity. 5, water-repellent aluminum foil

Water-repellent aluminum foil is also called water-repellent aluminum foil, its surface properties and hydrophilic aluminum foil is the opposite. That is, condensate condensation to the surface of the aluminum foil when the contact angle with aluminum foil is larger, generally at 75. above. The higher the angle, the better the water repulsion performance. The ultimate purpose of using aqueous aluminum foil is the same as that of hydrophilic aluminum foil, i.e. to prevent condensate from remaining between heat exchange sheets. The difference is that water-repellent aluminum foil is to remove condensate between heat exchange sheets by increasing the contact angle between condensate and heat exchange sheet, so that condensate forms water droplets that are easy to slip.

6, self-lubricating aluminum foil
