Entrusted by Anhui Tongguan Copper Foil Group Company, the China Nonferrous Metals Society invited 6 academicians and experts in the field of non-ferrous metal materials to form an evaluation expert group in accordance with the relevant regulations and requirements for evaluation of scientific and technological achievements. The deputy team leader listened to the report of the project team, reviewed relevant technical data, conducted inquiries, exchanges, and independently scored the results, and finally got a comprehensive score and formed a comprehensive evaluation conclusion.
It is reported that the project focuses on the key performance requirements of low profile, high peel strength, high heat resistance, high corrosion resistance and other key performance requirements of electronic copper foil for 5G communications. Four advanced technologies such as tungsten alloying and high-bonding silane coupling. The technical mechanism, preparation process, and product performance in the project have significant innovative features.
The expert group confirmed that the project technology has realized the substitution of imported electronic copper foil for high-performance 5G communications in China, solved the key technology of “stuck neck”, promoted the progress of the electronic copper foil industry for 5G communications, and improved the production of China’s electronic copper foil.
