China Minmetals No.23 Metallurgical Group won the bid for the design and construction general contracting project of Guangzhou International Biological Island supporting project
Introduction: Recently, the consortium formed by China Minmetals 23 Metallurgical Corporation, Guangzhou Zhongheng Xinde Architectural Design Institute, and China Nonferrous Metals Changsha Survey and Design Institute won the bid for the design and construction general contracting project of the fourth phase of the Guangzhou International Biological Island Standard Industrial Unit, with a winning bid of 882,941,380. Yuan, of which construction and installation projects amounted to 863.7681 million yuan.
Recently, the consortium formed by Minmetals 23 Metallurgical Corporation, Guangzhou Zhongheng Xinde Architectural Design Institute and China Nonferrous Changsha Survey and Design Institute won the bid for the design and construction general contracting project of the fourth phase of the Guangzhou International Biological Island Standard Industrial Unit. The amount is 882,941,380 yuan, of which construction and installation projects amount to 863,768,100 yuan.
The construction area of the project is 42,392 square meters, and the building covers an area of 14,758 square meters. It includes office and business spaces of various forms, such as high-rise towers, high-rise boards, and multi-storey single-family buildings. Specifically, it includes 4 high-rise towers and 11 multi-storey corporate office buildings.
