10. The main reasons and treatment methods for uneven coiling
There are several main reasons for the uneven coiling: 1) The tail tension setting is unreasonable; 2) The coil position of the head uncoiler is improper, and the deviation is too large; 3) There is a problem with the centering system; 4) The tension machine roll gap The gap does not fit, and the tension frame is loose.
