At the beginning of this year, with the steadily rising aluminum price, electrolytic production faced fluctuations in the water content, sulfur content and ash content of the two major raw materials of alumina and prebaked anodes. In order to ensure the stability of production, the company has analyzed and studied many times, and finally formed a “five-digit” management method of “stability as the prerequisite, furnace as the foundation, platform as the guidance, curve as the standard, and operation as the guarantee” to strengthen the process. In response to the specific conditions of different electrolytic cells, the company once again improved the “three confirmations and three distinctions” efficiency improvement measures, optimized parameter matching, and improved production efficiency.

Promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and improve the quality of primary aluminum. Over the years, the company has actively explored the application of new technologies to reduce process iron, “tracking the source” to reduce the iron material entering the process, and improve the quality of primary aluminum in the aluminum liquid. “Tracking”, that is, the implementation of “dipping” anti-oxidation coating anode to promote the use of the upper tank, which can effectively reduce the oxidation rate of anode steel claws by 15% and reduce the entry of foreign iron into the aluminum liquid. “Suoyuan” refers to the implementation of the new technology upgrade and transformation of the “milling system iron removal equipment”, which removes more than 200-400 kilograms of iron oxide every day, effectively eliminating the root cause that affects the quality of primary aluminum.

One is centered on the intelligent electrolyzer management and control platform, and normalizes the “technical evaluation” of abnormal electrolyzers, analyzes the reasons for the differences in production technical indicators, and implements reforms to ensure stable cell conditions; the second is to implement “midnight shifts and holidays” on duty. , Spot check the implementation of the fine operation of each team to ensure the stable production of each shift; The third is to implement measures such as two-level measurement of the electrolytic cell before and after aluminum tapping, inspection of the blanking point, and daily inspection of the curve to maintain the stability of the process and technical conditions. It is understood that the four production workshops of the company maintain the high quality and high efficiency of primary aluminum production. Among them, the first electrolysis workshop has achieved 100% pass rate for two consecutive months.

At present, the average content of primary aluminum and iron in the electrolyzer of Chineng Company is lower than 0.13%, reaching the best level in history.
