Luo Yongbin and his entourage conducted investigations on the electrolysis and alloy production sites. Yao Jianjun, secretary of the company’s party committee and general manager, introduced the company’s project construction, production and operation and industrial planning. Luo Yongbin said that Yunlu Haixin is a central enterprise and a large-scale industrial enterprise in Zhaotong City. It must adhere to the road of high-quality development, extend the industrial chain, develop high-value-added products, and transform high-quality aluminum liquid resources on-site; it must strictly implement the “energy Consumption and dual control measures, through scientific and technological innovation, research and development and application of energy-saving and environmental protection technologies, to contribute to the realization of the “dual carbon” goal.
