In the processing of metal products, we will use many treatment methods to process our metal products. What should we pay attention to when processing aluminum alloy surface and oxidation? Generally speaking, anodic oxidation is performed on the metal surface. It is to improve the application performance of metals. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the structural composition and processing characteristics of aluminum alloy anodizing. Its application is very wide, and its role is incomparable by some processing methods.
Generally speaking, the anodic oxide film consists of two layers. The outer layer is called the porous layer, which is thicker, loose and porous, and has low resistance. The inner layer is called the barrier layer (also known as the active layer), which is thinner, denser, and has high resistance. The porous outer layer is grown on the dense inner layer with dielectric properties. Generally speaking, the anodic oxide film is an array of hexagonal cylinders. Each cylinder has a star-shaped hole filled with solution, shaped like a honeycomb structure, and the thickness of the hole wall is twice the diameter of the pore.
The anodic oxide film has high hardness and wear resistance, strong adhesion, strong adsorption, good corrosion resistance and electrical insulation, and high thermal insulation. Because of these peculiar properties, it has been widely used in all aspects. The main purposes are: (1) Improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and weather corrosion resistance of parts. (2) The transparent film formed by oxidation can be colored into various colored films. (3) As a capacitor dielectric film. (4) Improve the bonding force with the organic coating. Used as a coating bottom layer. (5) As the bottom layer of electroplating and enamel.
