There are two deformation systems for temperature-controlled rolling:
(1) Two-stage deformation system. Rough rolling is rolled in the austenite recrystallization zone, and the austenite grains are refined through repeated deformation and recrystallization; middle rolling and finishing rolling are rolled below 950°C, which deform in the unrecrystallized zone of the γ phase. The cumulative deformation is 60% to 70%; final rolling near Ar3 can obtain austenite unrecrystallized grains with a large number of deformed bands, and fine ferrite grains can be obtained after phase transformation.
(2) Three-stage deformation system. Rough rolling is rolled in the γ recrystallization zone. The middle rolling is rolled in the γ non-recrystallized zone below 950°C, and the deformation zone is 70%. Finish rolling is rolled in the dual phase zone between Ar3 and Ar1. In this way, fine ferrite grains and unrecrystallized austenite grains with deformation bands are obtained. After phase transformation, fine ferrite grains with substructures and dislocations are obtained. In order to realize the deformation of each section. The temperature of each section must be strictly controlled, and the temperature should not be too high during heating, to avoid the growth of austenite grains, and to avoid rolling in the partial recrystallization zone to form a mixed crystal structure and destroy the toughness of the steel.
