3 Specifications, shapes and markings
3.1 The specifications and shapes of straight pipes are shown in Figure 1 (omitted) and Table 1 (omitted).
3.2 Direct management mark:
Straight pipe nominal diameter Dg×length L This standard number
mark example:
A straight pipe with a nominal diameter of 100mm and a length of 1000mm is marked as:
Straight pipe Dg 100×1000 JC/T 759—1998
3.3 The specifications and shapes of accessories are shown in Figure 2 (omitted), Figure 3 (omitted), Figure 4 (omitted), and Table 2 (omitted), Table 3 (omitted), and Table 4 (omitted). The wall thickness of the fittings and the size of the socket are the same as those of the corresponding nominal diameter.
3.4 Marking of elbow:
Bend pipe Dg×Curve No. of this standard
The 90° elbow with a nominal diameter of 100mm is marked as:
Bend pipe Dg 100×90° JC/T 759—1998
3.4.1 Tee mark:
Three-way pipe Dg Main pipe inner diameter d×branch pipe inner diameter d′×curvature This standard number
mark example:
The 45° three-way pipe with the inner diameter of the main pipe of 100mm and the inner diameter of the branch pipe of 50mm is marked as:
Three-way tube Dg 100×50×90° JC/T 759—1998
3.4.2 Four-way pipe marking
Four-way pipe Dg Main pipe inner diameter d×branch pipe inner diameter d′×curvature This standard number
mark example:
The 90° four-way pipe with the inner diameter of the main pipe of 100mm and the inner diameter of the branch pipe of 50mm is marked as:
Four-way tube Dg 100×50×90° JC/T 759—1998
3.5 Straight pipes and accessories of other specifications and shapes can be negotiated between the supplier and the buyer.
3.6 Inscribe the ring grooves with a depth of about 3mm at appropriate intervals at the socket connection part, the number of which is as follows:
Nominal diameter (mm)
50~150
>150
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Appearance quality
4.1.1 The appearance defects of the ceramic pipe shall meet the requirements of Table 5 (omitted).
4.1.2 Except for the socket connection parts of the ceramic pipe and fittings, the bottom of the socket, and the end face of the socket, the other parts should be glazed. Products with salt glaze are not subject to this restriction.
4.1.3 Use a metal hammer with a mass of no more than 100g to lightly tap the middle of the ceramic tube and fittings, and the sound should be clear.
4.2 Dimension deviation
4.2.1 The size deviation of the ceramic pipe shall meet the requirements of Table 6 (omitted).
4.2.2 The allowable deviation of the size of various accessories is the same as the ceramic pipe of the corresponding nominal diameter. The angle deviation of elbows, tee pipes and cross pipes should not be greater than ±5°C.
4.3 Physical and chemical properties
4.3.1 The resistance to external pressure of the ceramic pipe shall not be lower than that specified in Table 7 (omitted).
4.3.2 The water absorption rate of ceramic pipes and accessories should not be greater than 11%.
4.3.3 The ceramic pipes and fittings bear 0..069MPa water pressure and keep them for 5 minutes, and there should be no leakage.
4.3.4 The acid resistance of ceramic pipes and accessories shall not be less than 94%.
4.3.5 Ceramic pipes with a nominal diameter of 100mm and 150mm and a length of not less than 1m need to be subjected to bending strength inspection, and the results should meet the requirements of Table 8 (omitted).
5 Test method
5.1 The appearance quality shall be inspected visually and with a steel plate ruler with an accuracy of 0.5mm.
5.2 Dimension deviation shall be inspected according to GB/T 2837.
5.3 The resistance to external pressure shall be tested in accordance with GB/T 2832.
5.4 The water absorption rate shall be tested according to GB/T 2834.
5.5 The acid resistance shall be tested according to GB/T2835.
5.6 Water pressure impermeability is tested according to GB/T 2836.
5.7 The bending strength shall be tested according to GB/T 2833.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
6.1.1 Type inspection
Type inspection items include all items required by Chapter 4 of this standard. Under normal circumstances, this is done every six months.
6.1.2 Factory inspection
Ex-factory inspection items include: appearance quality, dimensional deviation and water absorption.
6.2 Batching and sampling
6.2.1 A batch of 2500 products of the same specification and the same grade produced under the same process conditions. When there are less than 2500 pieces, it shall be determined through negotiation between the supplier and the demander.
6.2.2 Randomly select samples required for each inspection item listed in Table 9 (omitted) from the same batch of products. Samples of non-destructive test items can be used for inspection of other items after inspection.
6.3 Judgment rules
6.3.1 The sample size and qualified judgment number during product inspection shall be judged according to Table 9.
6.3.2 If all inspection items are qualified, the batch of products is qualified; if one item is unqualified, the batch of products is deemed unqualified. If the first acceptance fails to meet the rejection requirements, a second inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Table 9 (omitted). If the second inspection is qualified, it shall be accepted. If the second inspection still fails to meet the requirements, the batch of products will be determined as unqualified and will not be accepted.
6.3.3 All products that are not accepted due to unqualified appearance quality or dimensional deviation are allowed to be inspected by the supplier one by one, selected and completed before delivery for acceptance.
7 logo
The product trademark (or manufacturer name) and grade must be marked with gravure or non-disappearing pigment on the outer surface of the socket end of the ceramic pipe or fitting.
A) Certificate number;
B) The name and address of the production plant;
C) Product name, specification, grade, quantity, mark and production date;
D) The standard number;
E) The signature of the inspection department and the inspector.
8 Packaging
Product packaging is carried out in accordance with the agreement between the supplier and the buyer.
9 Transport
During transportation, the product should be squeezed firmly to prevent damage due to shock and collision. When the package is transported, shock-proof materials must be filled between the inner and outer pipe fittings. Be careful when loading and unloading, and throwing is strictly prohibited.
10 Storage
The product should be stored on a flat ground. Products of different specifications and extremes should be stacked separately. When stacking, the bottom layer of products should be fixed with wooden wedges to prevent the stack from collapsing. The stacking height should meet the requirements of Table 10 (omitted).
