Q390B steel plate welding:
The minimum ambient temperature allowed during welding is as follows:
- 1) Carbon steel and ordinary low alloy steel (Class A-Ⅰ): -10℃
- 2) Carbon steel and ordinary low-alloy steel, heat-strength steel and alloy structural steel (Class A-Ⅱ, Ⅲ, B-Ⅰ): 0℃
- 3) Heat-strength steel and alloy structural steel (Class B-Ⅱ, Ⅲ): 5℃
Q390B steel plate generally adopts the process route of refined material entering the furnace-smelting (converter, electric furnace-microalloying treatment-argon blowing-LF refining-low superheat continuous casting (feeding rare earth wire)-controlled rolling and controlled cooling. During smelting, The scrap steel is added to the furnace along with the charge and smelted according to the conventional process. After tapping, the deoxidizer and alloy are added. After the molten steel is treated by argon blowing, it is cast immediately, and the molten steel after argon blowing and temperature adjustment is cast into a slab by a continuous casting machine. Rare earth elements are added to the steel, the Q390B steel plate is purified, and the content of inclusions is greatly reduced.
The weather resistance is 2-8 times that of ordinary carbon steel, and the coating property is 1.5-10 times that of ordinary carbon steel. It can be used for thinning, bare use or simplified coating. The steel has the characteristics of rust resistance, corrosion resistance and longevity of components, thinning and consumption reduction, and labor-saving and energy-saving characteristics, which benefit component manufacturers and users.
- Q390B steel plate products are used to manufacture structural parts such as containers, railway vehicles, oil derricks, seaport buildings, oil production platforms, and containers containing hydrogen sulfide corrosive medium in chemical petroleum equipment.
- Q390B steel plate is mainly used for steel structures exposed to the atmosphere for a long time, such as railways, vehicles, bridges, and towers. It is used to manufacture structural parts such as containers, railway vehicles, oil derricks, seaport buildings, oil production platforms, and containers containing hydrogen sulfide corrosive medium in chemical and petroleum equipment.
- Q390B steel plate is made of ordinary carbon steel with a small amount of corrosion-resistant elements such as copper and nickel. It has the characteristics of high-quality steel such as toughness, ductility, forming, welding, abrasion, high temperature, fatigue, etc.; weather resistance is 2~ of ordinary carbon steel 8 times, the coating performance is 1.5-10 times that of ordinary carbon steel, which can be used in thinner, bare or simplified coating.
The steel plate has the characteristics of rust resistance, corrosion resistance and longevity of components, thinning and consumption reduction, and labor and energy saving, which benefit component manufacturers and users.
