4 There is a warehouse for stacking materials on the construction site, which can meet the needs of construction.

4.1.2 During the entire construction process of the floor structure, the reserved holes for the pipes to pass through the walls and floor slabs shall be used in conjunction with the civil works. When the hole size is not specified in the design, it can be 50-100mm larger than the outer diameter of the pipe. Before pipeline installation, the position and elevation of the reserved holes should be checked, and the dirt on the pipes and fittings should be removed.

4.1.3 When the temperature difference between the construction site and the material storage warehouse is large, the pipes and fittings should be placed on the site for a certain period of time before installation to make the temperature close to the ambient temperature. 4.1.4 The installation of the floor piping system should be carried out continuously after the wall painting is finished. When the installation is interrupted, the opening should be temporarily closed.

4.1.5 The piping shall be provided with inspection ports or cleaning ports in accordance with the design regulations. The position and orientation of the inspection port shall be convenient for inspection and repair. When the riser pipe is set in the pipeline well, the pipe hole or the horizontal pipe is set in the suspended ceiling, an inspection door should be installed at the position of the inspection port or the cleaning port.

4.1.6 The riser pipe and the horizontal pipe shall be provided with expansion joints according to the design requirements. The expansion joint of the horizontal pipe shall adopt a locking rubber ring pipe fitting; when the pipe diameter is greater than or equal to 160mm, the horizontal pipe should be connected with an elastic rubber sealing ring. When the design does not specify the amount of expansion and contraction, the gap reserved at the place where the pipe end is inserted into the expansion joint should be: 5~10mm in summer; 15~20mm in winter.

4.1.7 The inner wall of the non-fixed support should be smooth, and there should be a slight gap between the pipe wall.

4.1.8 The spacing of the pipe supports shall not be greater than 1.2m if the vertical pipe diameter is 50mm; if the pipe diameter is greater than or equal to 75mm, it shall not be greater than 2m; the spacing of the horizontal pipe and straight pipe section supports should conform to Table 4.1 .The provisions of 8. The spacing of the support members of the straight pipe section of the horizontal pipe
4.1.9 When the slope design of the horizontal pipe is not required, the slope should be 0.026.

4.1.10 The distance between the outside of the socket of the riser pipe fitting and the wall facing should be 20-50mm.

4.1.11 The piping and groove of the pipeline should meet the following requirements:

1 The length of the saw pipe shall be determined section by section according to the actual measurement and combined with the size of each connecting piece.

2 Fine-tooth saws and pipe cutters should be used for pipe sawing tools. The end face should be flat and perpendicular to the axis; the end face burr should be removed, and the end face of the nozzle should not be cracked or dented.

3 The socket can be frustrated with a medium plate to a bevel of 15 to 30 degrees. The thickness of the groove should be 1/3 to 1/2 of the thickness of the pipe wall. After the bevel is completed, the debris should be removed.

4.1.12 When connecting plastic pipes and cast iron pipes, special fittings should be used. When using cement splicing connection, first insert the plastic tube into the outside of the socket part, use sandpaper to roughen up or apply adhesive, and then roll the dry coarse yellow sand; after inserting it, use linseed wire to fill in evenly, and use cement to twist the mouth. . Special fittings should be used when connecting plastic pipes with steel pipes and drain plugs.

4.1.13 The construction where the pipeline crosses the floor shall meet the following requirements:

1 When the pipe crossing the floor is a fixed support point, the pipe installation should be supported with civil construction, and the C20 fine stone concrete should be poured and compacted in two times. After pouring, combined with the leveling layer or surface layer construction, a water blocking ring with a thickness of not less than 20mm and a width of not less than 30mm should be built around the pipe.

2 When the pipeline crossing the floor is non-fixed support, metal or plastic casing should be installed. The inner diameter of the casing can be 10-20mm larger than the outer diameter of the crossing pipe, and the casing should not be less than 50mm above the ground.

4.1.14 For the exposed pipelines in high-rise buildings, when the design requires measures to prevent fire penetration, the following requirements shall be met:

1 When the pipe diameter of the riser is greater than or equal to 110mm, a firestop ring or a fireproof casing with a length of not less than 500mm shall be installed at the penetration part of the floor. Build a water blocking circle around the pipe.

The riser pipe crosses the floor fire-stop ring, fire-proof casing installation

1-PVC-U riser;

2-PVC-U horizontal branch pipe;

3-Stand pipe expansion joint;

4-Fireproof casing;

5-Firestop ring;

6-Secondary caulking of fine stone concrete;

7 - Water blocking circle; 8 - Concrete floor

2 When a horizontal branch pipe with a pipe diameter greater than or equal to 110mm is connected to a concealed pipe, a firestop ring or a fireproof casing with a length of not less than 300mm should be installed at the penetrating part of the wall, and the length of the exposed part of the fireproof casing should not be less than 200mm (Figure 4.1.14-2).

3 When the horizontal trunk pipe passes through the partition wall of the fire compartment, the two sides of the pipe passing through the wall should be equipped with fire-stop rings or fire-proof casing with a length of not less than 500mm (Figure 4.1.14.3).

4.2 Material preparation

4.2.1 Pipes, pipe fittings and other materials should have product qualification certificates, pipes should be marked with specifications, the name of the manufacturer and the implemented standard number, and there should be obvious trademarks and specifications on the pipes. The package should be marked with batch number, quantity, production date and inspection code.

4.2.2 The adhesive should be marked with the name of the manufacturer, the date of production and the expiry date, and there should be a factory certificate and instructions.

4.2.3 The fire casing and firestop ring shall be marked with specifications, fire resistance limit and the name of the manufacturer.

4.2.4 Pipes and fittings should be sampled in the same batch for inspection of appearance, specifications and dimensions, and fitting tolerances of pipes and fittings; when the specified quality standards are not met and there are disagreements with the production unit, they should be hard polymerized according to the construction drainage. The product standards of vinyl chloride pipes and fittings shall be re-inspected. 4.2.5 Pipes and pipe fittings should be handled with care during transportation, loading and unloading, and should not be thrown, dropped or dragged.

4.2.6 The stacking and storage of pipes and pipe fittings shall meet the following requirements:

1 Pipes and fittings should be stored in a warehouse at a temperature not greater than 40℃, and the distance from the heat source must not be less than lm. The warehouse should have good ventilation.

2 The pipes should be stacked horizontally on a flat ground, and must be stacked regularly and must not be exposed to the sun. When using pads to support the pads, the width of the pads should not be less than 75mm, the spacing between them should not be greater than 1m, and the overhanging ends should not be greater than 500mm. The stack height shall not exceed 1.5m.

3 All pipe fittings that can be placed upright should be neatly stacked layer by layer; pipe fittings that cannot be placed upright should be aligned or arranged with their socket sockets relatively neatly arranged.

4.2.7 The adhesive shall not contain lumps, insoluble particles and other impurities, and shall not be in a gelled state or delamination; there shall be no precipitates without stirring. Different types of adhesives must not be mixed. Adhesives used in cold areas should choose products that adapt to local climatic conditions for their performance.

4.2.8 Adhesives, and other flammable materials must be kept away from fire sources during storage and transportation. The storage place should be safe and reliable, cool and dry, and should be taken as needed.

4.2.9 The support can be made of injection-molded plastic wall clips, elevators, etc.; when metal materials are used, they should be treated with rust prevention.
