Introduction: From September 16th to 18th, the Party Committee of China Nonferrous Engineering Co., Ltd. held a training course for activists who joined the party in 2021. 44 activists from party organizations at all levels participated in the training.
In order to do a solid job in the development of party members under the new situation and ensure the quality of newly recruited party members, in accordance with the annual work arrangement, combined with the relevant requirements of party history learning and education, from September 16 to 18, the Party Committee of China Nonferrous Engineering Co., Ltd. organized the 2021 party activists In the training class, 44 party activists from party organizations at all levels participated in the training. Party Secretary Zhang Shouxun and Deputy General Manager Huang Xianghua participated in the practical teaching activities of the training class.
This training has a clear theme, novel format, compact arrangement, and rich content. It covers the interpretation of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s “July 1” important speech, the content of a century of party history, and the basic knowledge of party affairs. Classroom teaching, visit teaching, and seminars are set up. Flexible and diversified online and offline training methods, such as teaching and experience teaching, have issued “red schoolbags” containing party constitution and party building work books, which are highly targeted and practical. The training aims to further help activists to join the party to deepen their understanding of the nature and purpose of the party, improve their understanding of the obligations and powers of party members, correct their motivations for joining the party, strengthen their ideals and beliefs, and truly join the party politically, ideologically, and in action.
In addition to teaching and learning, this training also arranged for the trainees to go to the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japan Memorial Hall to carry out the theme activity of “Remembering the historical mission and inheriting the red heart”. Through immersive learning, all personnel revisited the history of the revolution, inspired patriotism, and absorbed the power of forging ahead. Participants took the final exam after the training course.
After the training, the trainees unanimously agreed that through the in-depth explanations, rich and colorful educational activities and interactive exchanges with the trainees, they have a more comprehensive grasp of the party’s basic theories and basic knowledge and the basic requirements for party members. Have a clearer understanding of responsibilities and obligations, especially the current situation of the country and the actual development of enterprises. Everyone expressed that they would further strengthen theoretical study, put into work with firmer determination, fuller enthusiasm, and more pragmatic style, and fulfill the original mission of the party with practical actions.
