0.32/0.45 4.75/5.5 1010/1.20 0.20/0.50  W302 Factory state: soft reheating to 235HB (maximum)   Forging: forging at 1100°C to 900°C, returning to the furnace and cooling in the furnace

Annealing: 750-800 ℃ after the furnace cooling, the hardness can reach 235HB (the highest).

Quenching: oil or air cooling from 1020-1080°C, and immediate tempering to 60-80°C.

Tempering: the first fire is about 500°C to obtain the highest hardness of the second hardening; the second tempering is equal to 500°C to achieve the required hardness; the third tempering temperature is slightly lower than the former temperature (about 30°C).
