Why is stainless steel a cost-effective material for heat exchange tubes?

Stainless steel heat exchange tube have the following advantages:

1. Stainless steel heat exchange tube adopts thin-walled tube, which improves the overall heat exchange performance. Under the same heat exchange area, the overall heat transfer coefficient is 2% – 8% higher than that of copper tube.

2. Because 304 / 316 / 2205 and other high-quality stainless steel are used, it has high hardness and the rigidity of the tube is significantly improved. Therefore, it has strong impact resistance and vibration resistance.

3. Due to the smooth inner wall of stainless steel heat exchange tube, the thickness of the bottom layer of the boundary laminar flow is reduced, which not only strengthens the heat exchange, but also improves the anti scaling performance. In order to eliminate welding stress, heat treatment is carried out at 1050 ℃ in shielding gas.

China has always provided customers with 304 / 316 / 2205 / 625 / 825 and other stainless steel heat exchange tubes with conventional dimensions of 19.05mm, 25.4mm, 31.8mm and 38.1mm. The maximum length of U bend tube can reach 20m. With 15 years of production and sales experience in the field of stainless steel, we look forward to cooperating with you
